Bella Augusta Hotel, São Paulo

My stay at this hotel was incredibly disappointing. While I appreciated the comfortable bed and relatively clean rooms, the service was rude, and the overall condition of the hotel left much to be desired. Breakfast was very basic and the misleading location description was frustrating. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant experience.

My experience at this hotel was quite disappointing. The room I stayed in was old and poorly maintained, with a stinky toilet and peeling paint. However, I appreciated the effort in cleanliness, and the bed was comfortable. The location was convenient, as it was a short walk to the airport bus stop and various restaurants nearby. Unfortunately, the lack of air conditioning made my stay uncomfortable, especially in the heat of February.

I had high hopes for this hotel, but the lack of maintenance and cleanliness really let it down. While I appreciated the location being close to restaurants and transit, my room left much to be desired, especially with no air conditioning during a hot month. The staff were acceptable but could improve their hospitality skills. Overall, I think I'll look for a better place next time.
